What exactly is Invisible Grille?

The idea for Invisible Grills
The idea for Invisible Grills came from Europe in the late 1990s.
Through a long and meticulous process, we have successfully developed a design that meets our client’s needs and exceed expectations.

Importance of grilles
Before anything else, we must first understand the importance of grilles. Grilles were first invented in the late 1800s an anti-theft mechanism, but have quickly become a staple of modern homes. It was discovered that they are better for protection from window accidents rather than break-ins. Because of this, they have become commonly used on window frames, balconies, staircases and doors to prevent children or pets pushing through and injuring themselves.
Made of one of the toughest metals
With that, invisible grilles were created as a subtle alternative to the more commonly known, unattractive iron bar grilles. They are made from Stainless Steel 316 wire and fixed into the walls and tightened. The tension of the wire keeps it from bending under force, making it equally as safe as iron grilles without sacrificing aesthetic appeal.
Invisible Grille provides various 316 SS marine-grade with transparent nylon facing steel cables, from lengths of 2mm, 2.5mm and 3mm. These steel cables are modern grilles design to provide safety to various areas, including balconies and staircase areas.
With our Invisible Grilles, safety isn’t our only priority, as our goal is to provide protection while maintaining your home’s splendor. Because of our technology, our grilles are not only out of sight, but rust and maintenance-proof, making these a bang for your buck.
Styles for our stainless steel wired-grille
At Stealth Werkz, we offer two styles for our stainless steel wired-grilles: openable (bifold, casement, sliding) and fixed (cannot be moved or opened – require solid concrete wall for installation).
We also offer other styles of invisible grilles such as aluminium, slim and horizontal grilles, each designed for a certain criteria. Generally, fixed invisible grilles are best suited for homes with young children as there is no risk that they might be accidentally opened.
